• A flat $25 travel fee applies to appointments located within a 15-mile radius of the notary’s primary business location in Sammamish, WA.

• Travel beyond 15 miles is billed at the current U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) approved mileage reimbursement rate (currently $0.70 per mile for 2025), calculated round-trip from the notary’s business location.

• All travel fees are disclosed and agreed upon prior to scheduling and are non-refundable once travel has begun.

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment will not incur a fee.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a $15 administrative fee at the notary’s discretion.

• If a client cancels after the notary is already in route or upon arrival, the travel fee will be retained in full to cover time and mileage expenses.

• If the notary is unable to complete the notarization because the signer:

  • does not have valid or acceptable identification,

  • is not present,

  • is unwilling or unable to sign, or

  • presents documents that are incomplete or otherwise non-compliant,

  the travel fee remains due and payable, as these situations are outside the notary’s control.

• In the rare event the notary must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, all prepaid fees will be refunded or he appointment rescheduled at no additional charge.

Accepted payment methods: cash, debit/credit card, or electronic payment (Zelle, PayPal, or Venmo). Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged in advance.

• A 10% discount is available on all notarial service fees (excluding travel) for clients who present proof of military service (military ID, DD-214, VA ID, or dependent card).

  • This discount applies to both in-person and remote online notarizations.

  • Discount cannot be combined with other promotional offers or waived travel fees.

  • Please mention the discount when scheduling your appointment to ensure it is applied to your invoice.
