By scheduling and using services provided by Lima Bravo Notary, you agree to the following terms:

Services Offered

We provide mobile and remote notarial services in accordance with Washington State law (RCW 42.45). Services include acknowledgments, jurats, copy certifications, witnessing signatures, and remote online notarizations.

Scheduling & Appointments

Appointments are available during lunch hours, evenings, and weekends. All travel and service fees are disclosed prior to scheduling. Clients must present valid identification and complete documents.

Fees & Payments

  • Notarial act fees are set by Washington State law.

  • Travel fees apply based on distance from Sammamish, WA.

  • Payment is due at the time of service via cash, card, or electronic payment (Zelle, PayPal, Venmo).

Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance incur no fee.

  • Late cancellations may incur a $15 administrative fee.

  • Travel fees are non-refundable once travel has begun.

Veteran Discount Program

A 10% discount is available for veterans, active-duty service members, and their families with valid proof of service. This discount applies to notarial services only and cannot be combined with other offers.

Limitations of Service

We reserve the right to decline service if:

  • Identification is invalid or missing

  • Documents are incomplete or non-compliant

  • The signer is unwilling or unable to sign

Liability

Lima Bravo Notary is not responsible for the legal content or consequences of documents notarized. Clients are responsible for ensuring documents are complete and accurate.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
